Joswen Dresses has the environment in mind. Our products are made to order to reduce waste and keep the costs low for our customers. We ship our products in recycled enviro-friendly shipping bags to help reduce our carbon footprint.
We know that colors on your mobile devices and computer screens can differ to how they appear in person based on personal device settings and so on, so we encourage you to order a swatch or please contact customer support if you have any doubts or reservations when attempting an exact color match.
Joswen Dresses will issue a full refund for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer support team directly for assistance with processing your request.
For all standard size orders & accessories:
Joswen Dresses will issue a refund for the returned product if you are not satisfied with your order. Shipping, applied coupons and any rush order fees will not be refunded. To receive your refund on the cost of the returned product, the item needs be returned in its original condition within 7 days of its arrival to you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. The items must also be shipped back with your local postal service, (United States Postal Service, Australia Post, Canada Post, Royal Mail etc) We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.
You will receive a refund on the cost of the returned product, minus any administration fees, the original cost of shipping, applied coupons or any rush order fees once we receive the order back in our warehouse and process it. Please note that your bank may add additional days to process the refund on their end. It generally takes our warehouse team 3-4 business days to process returns.
For all custom fit orders:
At Joswen Dresses, we understand that you may want to keep alteration costs down! To help you out, we’ve put together a package that offers basic custom sizing on all of our Joswen Dresses styles. Full Custom sizing is only an additional $20usd, and takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you!
Based on standard alteration costs in your city, it doesn’t get any more affordable or more convenient to have us save you the time and costs and do it for you does it?
We sell MORE custom size dresses than anything else and our customers love them.
There are a few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, hollow-to-floor, hollow to waist, arm length etc). That means no one else can wear that dress once it’s completed. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom size dresses. Please do make sure you triple check all your measurements and color choices before pressing the Go button!
While we will make your order according to the measurements provided, it is only basic custom sizing we still don’t have you in front of us! It is possible you may need minor additional alterations at your expense once you’ve received the dress for your ideal fit. To provide additional assistance, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement for only our custom sized orders. Contact our customer support team and find out how to get this done.
Here our are reimbursement limits for our custom size dresses below:
Dress $99 or less - Reimbursement limit up to $35
Dress $70 - $199 - limit up to $50
Dress above $200 - limit up to $75
Since we make your custom size order according to the basic measurements provided (bust, waist, hips, height, hollow-to-floor etc), your dress may not appear exactly as it does online. Custom dresses cannot be returned for any reason. Custom size dresses are final sale. Please confirm color, style, and measurements before your order is complete to avoid any disappointment. All fabric swatches, fabric by-the-yard, measuring tapes, and Clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges for any reason.
